As a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Architect, you will:

  • Contribute to and document software architecture design and detailed specifications of inputs and outputs.

  • Collaborate directly with product owners, scrum masters, UX designers, QA, and other developers to elaborate, document, and implement well thought out solutions.

  • Develop working, well tested, production-ready implementations of REST APIs, User Interfaces, and other software artifacts.

  • Diagnose and fix software defects identified by customers and internal stakeholders

  • Present your work at sprint reviews and other forums where appropriate

  • Develop, experiment, and promote creative ideas and solutions to difficult challenges

To qualify for this position, you have:

  • BA/BS degree with five (8+) years of Java experience

  • Two (2+) years or more of REACT.js experience

  • Five (5+) years of experience with SQL Database (Oracle, SQLServer, Postgres)

To be successful, you will come to this role with solid computer science background along with:

  • A track record of challenging projects in terms of complexity and/or data volume

  • Effective communication skills, especially around abstract concepts.

  • Being an active collaborator

  • Passion for new technologies and ability to synthesize realistic, practical applications

  • Experience and passion for an Agile (SCRUM / SAFE) development process

  • Commitment to continuous improvement

To really stand out as the perfect person for this role, you may also have:

  • Extensive software architecture experience

  • Experience designing enterprise software, technical products, decision support systems, AI/ML, or other complex applications.

  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and generally sharing what you know.

  • Team leadership experience and passion for leadership development

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with WCAG accessibility standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200- $152,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
