Job Description

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in logistics and/or supply

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior military experience in logistics and/or supply
  • Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) experience

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the NIWC (formerly SPAWAR) Atlantic Afloat Submarine C4I IPT Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)
  • Manages material for CSRR, SAMS, and TFDS components
  • Tracks equipment and material incoming to NIWC and destination of outbound components
  • Updates information in various databases to include, but not limited to, CAVs and CMPro
  • Maintains and improves the existing inventory database
  • Utilizes databases such as, HAYSTACK, FEDLOG, and other government resources as they relate to material management
  • Oversees the Mini Stock Point Inventory (OM&S / GFE / GFM), provides direct support to CSRR Supply Support related directives for the following:
    • MSP I NAVSUP Inventory
    • INCOs I Interim Spares
    • ISEA Spares
    • Production / EOL Material
  • Provides Naval Fleet Requisition support for 7 COG items I Depot Level Repairs (DLRs) for CSRR and CUE PORs, per Source of Supply MOA / Material Readiness Inventory List (MRIL)
  • Manages, tracks and fulfillsFleet Repair / Requisitions which will be performed utilizing CAV
