Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and other buildings during and after construction.
• Reads and interprets residential and commercial building plans and specifications.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  
• Must have ICC Certification(s).
• 1-2 years experience.
• Municipal experience.
