Overall Purpose
This position is responsible for the Technology processes and procedures surrounding the implementation and enforcement of technology standards, risks, and controls in support of the company's products and services.

Essential Functions

  • Defines, documents, and maintains Technology processes and procedures, ensuring they comply with defined control requirements.
  • Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver tools and applications to support and automate Technology operational processes.
  • Actions improvement opportunities to streamline and automate our technology processes, evolving as needed to meet our business needs and ensure an efficient and transparent set of processes.
  • Develops process metrics to define success criteria and measure progress against improvement targets.
  • Supports company initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategic plan, other network requirements and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 10 or more years of related work experience in a risk, rules or technology process and procedure management function.
  • Strong process management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships and alliances internally and with external partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization, as well as senior executives and customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to frame recommendations for a variety of audiences.
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Unyielding commitment to highest professional ethics.
  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or similar advanced degree a plus


Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

Incumbent must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

The pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ/Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $95,000 - $115,000.

New York, NY/San Francisco, CA per year is $110,000 - $130,000.

Remote in USD per year is: $95,000 - $130,000, but will vary dependent on geographic location.
