Areas of Responsibility:
  • Provide support to Project Managers to help develop and track project scopes of work, levels of effort, construction schedules, requests for information, instruction to contractors, change orders, materials procurement, project submittals and operation and maintenance documents.
  • Coordinate project documentation with Owners, Engineers, Contractors and Vendors.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure quality and timely production.
  • Review and understand the company project filing system and policies.
  • Preparing Submittals and O & M's as required for jobs.
  • Review plans and specifications and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Create and track RFI's/Submittals/O&M manuals and training plans.

Skills Needed:
  • Proficiency in Construction Document Interpretation and Development needed.
  • Electrical/Construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret plan specifications.
  • Must possess ability to create and update AutoCAD files and drawings.
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent organization skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and peers.
  • Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and be eager to learn.
  • Extensive experience in preparing technical/engineering manuals.
  • Must be detail oriented to put together a high quality final product.
