NextGen Healthcare is recruiting a proactive, eager, highly motivated, Marketing Coordinator to help optimize our market share & growth in the fast-evolving and complex ambulatory HIT (health information technology) marketplace. This role, reporting to the Director, Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, will execute on strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads. You will work closely with the growth marketing managers and cross-functional teams to execute on compelling integrated marketing campaigns and leverage various channels to reach our target audience. Your experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as Pardot or Hubspot and Salesforce for lead nurturing, email campaigns and reporting will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including, social media advertising, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with internal stakeholders
  • Utilize our engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, email, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Implement and execute on the comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that are developed to promote NextGen Healthcare's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the growth marketing team to support demand generation activities and drive customer acquisition to reach our hefty marketing pipeline and bookings numbers.
  • Help plan industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase NextGen Healthcare's products and services.
  • Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as creative services, digital marketing, product management, sales, and customer success.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of: Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for lead management, pipeline tracking, customer segmentation, and reporting.
  • Skill in: Strong communication, organization, collaboration, presentation, project and time management,
  • Ability to: Be eager and proactive with a strong passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovative, integrated marketing strategies. Work individually and with a team. Multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
