At Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems, the role of the Inside Sales Representative is critical in driving sales while ensuring an exceptional experience for both new and existing customers.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services, and ultimately closing deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our sales efforts. As part of the team you will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate leads and opportunities.

  • You will qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.

  • You will experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their

  • You will utilize your product knowledge to communicate the benefits of additional parts and accessories to customers.

  • You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales targets.

  • You will manage sales pipelines, track leads and opportunities through multiple stages of the sales process, and provide regular updates to management.

  • You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • You will utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and forecasts.

  • You will identify opportunities to upsell additional parts and accessories on all quotes, applying product knowledge and customer rapport to increase sales revenue and enhancecustomer satisfaction.

  • You will support in maintaining and improving the QMS and ISO 9001 certification.

  • You will support in maintaining best safety practices.

What we expect of you?

  • You will have an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field or similar experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service.
  • You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing service activities or in a relevant environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • You will have negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • You will be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a passion for sales and a strong desire to continuously improve and grow professionally.
