Universal Technical Institute is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior VP of Admissions to lead our admissions team and champion our mission of providing quality education and support services for in-demand careers across high-skilled fields.


Position Overview:
The Senior VP of Admissions is responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovation to our admissions teams ensuring financial growth and successful student outcomes while embracing compliance in all recruiting practices for Universal Technical Institute.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Execute:Design an integrated Admissions strategy that is linked to and enables the success of the overall UTI strategy
  • Foster Relationships: Form strong alliances with a wide variety of Corporate and Division stakeholders to build a broad base of support for successful implementation of key Admissions strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership to Admissions talent by instilling a culture of financial responsibility, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Create a culture of (and capabilities around) continuous improvement that consistently improves organization effectiveness and efficiency around student, financial, and people outcomes and processes.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience: 15 years of progressive leadership in operations or sales
  • Strategic Deliverables: An ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for areas of responsibility
  • Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Management of Financial Resources: Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
  • Remote Leadership: Knowledge, experience, and a history of success in managing functions and people from a distance
