The Service Coordinator position will report directly to the Service Manager. This position will perform project management, dispatch technicians, schedule jobs, order parts, coordinate required equipment, quote repairs, and administrative work related to aftermarket field service operations.
Job Duties:
Assist service manager with customer calls and technician scheduling.
Ensure adequate equipment is onsite for project completion.
Research and procure parts and supplies as needed for project completion.
Review service tickets for completion and accuracy.
Work closely with office administration for timely billing / invoicing of customers.
Review inspection reports and communicate findings to customers.
At times be able to travel with technicians to observe progression of projects and communicate in person with customers.
Any other duties that may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, industrial setting a plus
Be able to effectively monitor multiple projects, with multiple deadlines, at once.
Adequately assign technicians and other resources to projects based on priority level.
Proficient at Microsoft Office software as well as other related computer programs.
Ability to learn Deshazo specific software quickly.
Prior experience with AR/AP processing.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
