Job Description:

The individual will be responsible for helping organize all media content, manage video queues, archive and storage of all video files and assets. Video experience is a must to support with filming, livestreams and events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the video and animation request queue and assign/prioritize work for the video production team.

* Manage project timelines/milestones and work to remove impediments that block the team's ability to meet project objectives.

* Work closely with business units (or requestors) to gather and verify requirements for video requests and ensure all media comply with corporate branding guidelines.

* Manage digital video asset library.

* Organize shared team assets including design templates, project files, logos and past video projects.

* Works closely with internal business units and other divisions of Market Communications (web, events, graphic design, social media, etc.) team to establish and document video team needs and process changes.

* Orchestrate efforts of cross-functional teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and events and ensure that stakeholders remain updated.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree
  • 5+ years experience in Technical Publications
  • Working knowledge of industry standard technical publications software and tools
