BigBear.ai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Engineer with expertise in artificial intelligence algorithms, distributed systems, operating systems, sensor fusion, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative technical solutions, with experience in the defense industry being a significant advantage.

This position is fully remote.

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge technical solutions leveraging artificial intelligence algorithms and distributed systems concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions tailored to their needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• You must be able to conduct thorough analysis and testing of system components, identifying and resolving any potential issues or bottlenecks.
• You must stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new advancements into existing systems and processes.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert on sensor fusion technologies, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance system capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevent experience.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence algorithms, machine learning techniques, and related frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and design principles, with hands-on experience in deployment and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows) and sensor and network protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
