This Inside Sales Specialist has the task of delivering the service portfolio to ABB customers within the Motion, Traction in Mount Olive, New Jersey, helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the Service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with changes made on site. In this role, you will be responsible for the spare parts sales of power electronics equipment, driving sales volumes and margins. You will be proactively selling via email and phone to an existing account base.

Local Product Group Auxiliaries Service

• Proactively sell spare parts to existing customers
• Research overhaul contract opportunities with existing customers
• Identify potential for training opportunities with existing customers
• Follow up on RFQ's (Request for quotations) and quotes to maximize sales growth
• Assist with Terms and Conditions review
• Develop client relationships and manage their inquiries/issues
• Maintain customer portals and master data
• Administrative tasks as assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in sales or support OR Associate's degree and 7 years of experience in sales or support OR High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of experience in sales or support required
• Demonstrated ability to sell technical solutions and services highly preferred
• Experience using and ERP system (SAP preferred) and SalesForce required
• Previous experience with bidding highly preferred
• Fluent English both spoken and written, good communication skills
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
