We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of HR Coordinator.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The HR Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resources processes on-site at the corporate office located in Gilbert, AZ. The HR Coordinator will support human resources and talent acquisition processes, on-boarding and offboarding related activities to ensure compliance and build positive employee experience. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function to include record-keeping, file maintenance and data entry. The HR Coordinator will cross-collaborate with other departments and manage multiple Excel spreadsheets. This position also supports compliance efforts to ensure adherence with federal and state regulations.

  • Support new hire onboarding process facilitating the pre-employment background investigation and drug-screening tests, new hire paperwork, and badge generation.
  • Manage multiple excel spreadsheets to cross-collaborate with various departments.
  • Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason in multiple HR systems.
  • Facilitate all employment verifications.
  • Manage and appropriately distribute inquiries within the HR email inbox.
  • Maintain all HR related files to include employee, medical, and confidential files adhering to established retention policies.
  • Support performance management and benefit enrollment efforts for all employees.
  • Support mandatory compliance training and record keeping for all employees.
  • Facilitate ad-hoc system reporting as directed.
  • Compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.
  • Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries.
  • Collects and responds to unemployment claims, as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within human resources, talent acquisition, or staffing is required.
  • Previous experience executing data entry, onboarding tasks, record keeping, E-Verify within a HRIS system required.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and deliver results expected, meet due dates, and execute general human resources and talent acquisition procedures.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: experience managing multiple inboxes and intermediate excel experience required.
  • High School Diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UKG experience is highly desired.
  • Experience improving various processes within the human resources functions.
  • Experience developing and managing the employee onboarding experience.
  • Experience hosting New Employee Orientation and cross-collaboration with appropriate departments to develop content for New Employee Orientation.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional correspondence, policies, and procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
