We are looking to hire an experiencedAsphalt Milling Machine Operator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in operating heavy equipment and understanding of milling techniques to execute projects with precision and efficiency.
- Operate skid steer equipment to perform a range of tasks including grading, leveling, excavation, sweeping, grinding and material transportation.
- Drive trucks and trailers with a Class A CDL to transport equipment, machinery, and materials to and from jobsite.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Operate attachments and implements such as buckets, forks, sweeper and milling head to perform specialized tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating skid steer equipment and other heavy machinery in construction field.
- Valid Class A Commercial License.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Mill head experience, preferred.
