In the role of Grants Operations Associate you will be working in Pediatrics. Assists with the coordination of the pre-award planning, organization, and preparation of various grants assigned to one or more research and/or clinical departments. Interacts with investigators and administrative staff to ensure that grants are in compliance with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements. Provides guidance and support to grants development personnel and investigators in the identification and development of grant opportunities. Primary Functions Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of economics, accounting, mathematics, administration, English language, law, government, and human resources. Work requires resource management, mathematics, problem solving, coordinating work activities, critical thinking, systems analysis, operations analysis, time management, writing, active listening, and active learning skills. Speech clarity, speech recognition, finger dexterity, and wrist-finger speed while operating computers abilities required.
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.
