HR Coordinator / Recruiter POST NUMBER: 407676
Responsibilities:
- Conducts regular reviews and audits of all HR documentation and processes to ensure information is accurate
- Coordinates and administer activities related to new hires, changes, and terminations including, scheduling onboarding sessions, creating, and ensuring accurate and complete personnel files, and following up with hiring managers on outstanding documentation in a timely manner
- Assists with talent acquisition
- Performs orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
- Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Assists with auditing and preparing employee performance reviews
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Software is required
- Familiarity with USA Employment Law and regulations
- Familiarity to HR best practices
