Ryan Companies US, Inc. has a career opportunity for a Director of Business Development position overseeing our West Division! This position will take a lead role in the creation and implementation of client relationship planning with a focus in client satisfaction. This professional will be responsible for developing internal (REM team, development team, etc.) and external (property owners, brokers, tenants) relationships to support growth of the Real Estate Management (REM) and Ryan Building Services (RBS) departments.
Some things you can expect to do:
To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate is required. Candidates with at least 15 years of experience working as a property manager/asset manager in a real estate management or property management firm are most likely to be successful. Completion of two professional certifications such as CCIM, CPM or RPA is preferred.

Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000/year
