The Finance Intern position is responsible for assisting Breakthru Beverage's finance team with various tasks and projects. Scope of tasks include and are not limited to subledger matching in accounts payable, various reconciliations, and working on special projects as assigned. The duration of the internship will last three months, with the option to renew upon consent of both the candidate and BBG finance. Successful candidates should be able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week and expect not to exceed 32.
- Provide resolution on variance identified through the EFT matching process
- Assigned reconciliations and analysis
- Special projects as assigned
Work with EFT Coordinator on matching EFT payments to appropriate invoices in the accounts payable subledger.
- Relevant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to commit a minimum of 20 hrs per week
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team
- Pays attention to details and meets deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills are required
- Basic understanding MS Excel and Outlook preferred
- SAP or similar ERP software experience a plus
