The Fort Worth office of RSP Architects is growing!

The predominant focus of this office is currently in the High End Grocery/ Retail markets, Supply Chain and Distribution Center sectors, and Commercial Facility design. RSP has a reputation for delivering creative, innovative and effective solutions on time and on budget for a wide range of clients nationwide.

We are seeking Architectural Interns with well-rounded BIM skills and practical exposure to commercial construction document production to join our growing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with the design and production teams on multiple project facets
• Gaining understanding of compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Progress steadily through document production experience and growing expectations
• Develop architectural design and/or BIM models
• Assist with coordinating with consulting team members
• Prepare and implement architectural detailing requisite to project document production
• Participate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, project teams, and clients
• Respond to senior staff direction, comments, and quality control reviews
• Visit projects during construction with senior staff to observe construction means and methods

Skills/Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year professional architecture work experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture preferred
• Working knowledge of Revit required
• Intermediate skills in SketchUp, Lumion, and/ or AutoCAD desired
• Some knowledge on building codes preferred
