We have an excellent opportunity for a Business/Data Analyst, Quality Operations in our National Center office in Dallas, TX.

The Business/Data Analyst, Quality Operations will be responsible for administering the Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship database and managing relationships with technology staff (internal and external) for the Quality & Health IT (QHIT) team. This position develops, tests, implements and manages the on-going data base resources for the team so that we have quality data for program analysis and management. The position works hand-in-hand with internal TCS resources to ensure data appropriately and accurately reflects program progress, gaps, leverage points and other critical business information for senior management, volunteers and funders as well as providing field-level reports and data standards. This position is responsible for translating business requirements into dashboard and ad hoc reporting resources, working on a daily basis with TCS and vendors to ensure accurate electronic-process flow. This position also works with the national and field staff on data quality issues seeking resolution to allow for accurate reporting and data integrity.

Major Responsibilities Include:
1. Administers the business teams' Microsoft Dynamics database and reporting systems.
2. Works with TCS on the design, development, testing, implementation and on-going management of CRM and Analytics Dashboards. Doing this in concert with our primary vendor to ensure accurate program management resources.
3. Stewards the data by troubleshooting data quality with field and national level staff and has the ability to deliver training to end-users.
4. Evaluates ad hoc data requests and provides output to meet the requirements.
5. Analyzes business processes and seeks more efficient solutions using technology.

The objectives are to reduce manual or out-dated 'man hours processing,' reduce errors (eliminate or reduce the number of times the data is touched,) and reduce the need for staff dependency to access information. This position does this on a regular basis and uncovers opportunities to streamline perhaps a couple of times a year.

Required Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in business with an applied technology focus.
2. At least five years experience implementing and managing software packages.
3. Understanding of programming techniques and infrastructure, naming and design standards.
4. Ability to create and execute test scenarios and coordinate UAT, knowledge of full software development and project management lifecycle, good understanding of SQL (to aid in analyzing existing database content).
5. Able to translate data to end-user reporting tools. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Access, Visio, PPT.
6. Skilled in MS-Dynamics (end-user and management level use; CRM and analytics).
7. Experience in working with virtual teams dependent on a CRM and analytics.
8. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or data related to CVD preferred.
